Hello everyone! In this podcast episode, I want to share with you how I improve my English proficiency through work. As an English user, I hardly memorize vocabulary anymore, but my English level is still pretty good. This is mainly because my job provides me with plenty of opportunities for listening, speaking, reading, and writing. I spend about one to two hours in meetings every day, discussing and debating topics, as well as handling emails and Slack messages. All of these activities have greatly exercised my language input and output.

I would like to say to those who want to improve their English proficiency that finding a work environment that offers practice opportunities is crucial. It's not just about English; no matter what skill you want to learn, finding a favorable position is key. For example, if you are a programmer, you should focus on the keywords within your field and learn how to use them flexibly.

Additionally, I also want to share a small tip for learning English: instead of solely focusing on memorizing vocabulary words, find key phrases or expressions that allow you to express your ideas flexibly. Reflecting using AI tools is also important.
