In today's episode, we’re talking to Linda Hoopes, the Founder and President of Resilience Alliance and the Author of Prosilience: Building Your Resilience for a Turbulent World and Managing Change with Personal Resilience and recently co-authored Embracing Another Normal: Resilience Stories and Strategies for Raising Children with Disabilities with Kris Burbank. Linda is sharing her experience building Resilience Alliance which offers tools and training for leaders, change agents, and individuals to help them build their resilience.

In this episode you’ll hear about:

☀️ Linda’s journey building Resilience Alliance and the international community of practice

☀️ The importance of having your underlying model or framework to build from

☀️ Linda’s approach to building and maintaining an engaged community of practitioners

Linda shares what influenced her in how she decided to build out her business and why she chose to focus on helping practitioners use the tools and resources for resilience in their own communities. She shares the details of the methodology and program structure for the Personal Resilience Practitioner Certification program. She also talks about how she is now co-authoring books with some of these practitioners that are specific to their communities and how that continues to build out the impact of her underlying model.

At the end of this episode, you’ll be invited to identify your own framework or underlying model in which you could build a group program from.
