Richard and his wife Molly are the owners of Amplified Meal Prep, Memphis Kitchen Co-op and Marketplace and Mimi's Meals.
Their first business, Amplified Meal Prep, opened in 2017 and since that time they have continued to grow and now have a huge location in Cordova at 7940 and 7946 Fischer Steel Road.
They have over 50 vendors that sell their food products out of the marketplace and are doing something very special, which is making it possible for many people who can't afford to own a retail location get their products out to the public.
