I further explain where the anxiety around success comes from which is usually accompanied with additional changes, responsibilities, and unknowns that freak your brain out. This fear is relevant in any area of your life, which I identify throughout the episode from your career, to personal relationships, to your health. You need to create a plan to manage future challenges and seek support from a coach (me) to navigate these fears and reach your full potential.
