The dual Federal powers of Archer (29) and Winters (21) fight each other as much as anyone else, and Archer has a lead of 9 strongholds against winters. Of the Independent powers, LYR (40) and Mahon(30) ,have the lead in stronghold systems followed closely by Antal (27) Kaine (27) and Grom (25) , with Delain (20) bringing up a still close last.
