The second story is one of evolving transformation. It is a story when Adam Bell bravely woke up one day and simply shouted 'ENOUGH'. He had had ENOUGH of waking up feeling neutral, feeling as if he was just EXISTING in this game of life. Mind you, this CEO of a growing and exceptional Gold Coast Podcast studio, will be the first to say that 20 years of smoking 'pot' may well have been the foundation for such a narrow perspective of life. He intimates that his smoking habit simply sucked the excitement and energy out of him and left him floating from day to day with no purpose. At times, it was a contributor to deep depressive states. His descriptions of that state in this episode are graphic and will certainly give you the listener a glimpse of this crippling world of mental health. He is brave to share it with us.

But to dwell on early catalysts for a drowning life is not the story. This is about the comeback ... a mighty comeback. It is about a man's search for insight and finally, it is about the courage to leave it all behind and act with new vision. That is the journey that now has Adam Bell practicing 10-12 daily actions and processes that contribute to his redemption. Just imagine if your daily routine even included half of the following. Who might you become? That is the question this episode asks.

1. Bed before 10pm ... Arise before 6 am

2. Cold Shower

3. Morning Meditation for 20 minutes

4. Grounding with the Earth

5. Writes out 3 x affirmations for this day and keeps them in his pocket for the day.

6. Read Goals aloud twice per day.

7. No alcohol ... because that's what Adam's body deserves

8. Intense Exercise 6 days a week

9. Listens to Mindset Podcast at every opportunity.

10. Daily Gratitude statement so that he dilutes his need for more !

You have to love a story which teaches hope, courage, insight and action. It's the comeback that will inspire you. For any of you who can relate to that feeling of just floating through life then this story is going to tease you with actionable possibilities. You will love it.
