The clue is in the title this week folks, as we tackle Mel Brook's 1987 Sci Fi comedy, SPACEBALLS!
Steff and Hutch try to leave nostalgia behind and put this Star Wars spoof in its original context, answering the important question:
How has the film aged? Like fermented grapes, or a bovine udder drink?
With outdated references, racial stereotypes and jokes that just don't land anymore, it's not looking good for the nearly 40 year old film.
But, as it turns out, the presence of a teenage crush and the most disgusting bad guy ever, might just be enough to redeem it.
(And it's still better than Solo...)
