Blount III, President Of Abe Brown Ministries on Blog Talk Radio (blogtalkradio.com). This special program will focus on Admendment 4: The Restoration Of Voting Rights for Ex-Convicts. The program guests will discuss the passage of Florida Admendmend 4 and the process of registering to vote by ex-convicts under the new law effective January 8, 2019.
