On this episode of AOS I sat down with one of my training partners and friends from Kaizen Lab Jiu Jits, Maxwell Hearn. Fresh off the AFBJJ WA State Gi Titles, where Max walked away with some biscuits, we sat down to have a chat about the day.
We also answered some listeners questions which included some talks about wrassling, as well as neck tattoos and some tips for white belts and our thoughts on what it takes to get a purple belt.
Max is a legend, I'm sure we will do many more episodes together as time goes on and it's always a good laugh.
