Tessa Muir is a partner at SBBL Law, where she leads the firm's nationwide Title IX law practice. Title IX governs how almost all schools in the United States respond to allegations of sexual harassment and sexual assault, from the elementary through university level. As a Title IX advisor, Tessa advocates for students and staff members through the school's investigative and decision-making process, and she serves both complainants and respondents.
