If you have any of the following contraindications, do not participate in the pauses - cardiovascular issues, glaucoma, high blood pressure, epilepsy, detached retina, history of strokes or seizures, aneurysm or family history of aneurysm, blood thinning medication, pregnancy or possible pregnancy, or asthma.
Close down your mind and shut out the world. Allow your breath to guide you into the release of all that doesn’t serve. In the emptiness that your breath provides, know that it you who holds the power to fill the space.
