Megan is a health and wellness expert, Founder and Owner of The Lyons’ Share Wellness, and author of “Start Here: 7 Easy, Diet-Free Steps to Achieve Your Ultimate Health and Happiness.”

Megan holds a BA in Economics from Harvard University, an MBA in General Management from Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management, and a Master’s Degree in Holistic Nutrition from Hawthorn University. She is also a Board Certified Holistic and Clinical Nutritionist, and a Certified Group Fitness Instructor.
