When settlers first began arriving in Wisconsin they discovered large mounds formed in the shape of people and animals. These mounds were left by an earlier indigenous civilization. However, this was not the only intriguing discovery to be found in Wisconsin. Tune in to learn more about the purpose of these mounds, and the work that has gone into preserving them.
