This is a very special conversation with our friend, Jeff Jones. Some of you may remember Jeff from episode 11. Jeff is a Chicago native, VP of Sales at Orange Business, father, husband, and ultra endurance athlete. We recorded this conversation shortly after Jeff finished his first 200 + mile ultra endurance run, Moab 240.

Jeff and Adam recount their experience running together in Moab and Jeff dives deep on truly facing adversity, sleep deprivation, running with pain; Jeff shares his real and raw experiences mentally and physically to finish Moab. What make this conversation truly special is Jeff talking about the team, how they came together, everyone's role on the team and how those roles shifted as the race demanded more from everyone.

This conversation is very much a recap of Moab, section by section, but, it's also so much more. We talk about leadership in environments, with real consequence, the power of purpose, high performing teams, decision making when decisions really count, and community.

This conversation is for everyone who, at some point in their life, has felt like "they can't" or "they shouldn't," this conversation is about the power possibility.

Special thanks to Regan for facilitating an honest and vulnerable discussion, UltrAspire for their support throughout the season of 200's, Aaron Prevo for being an incredible crew chief, friend, pacer, & leader (you are a true inspiration!), and for the team at BFF for their unwavering support and belief in possibility.
