As we approach our annual January fast, Pastor Ian Thornton begins a new sermon series on the vision and theme for this fast, "Teach Us How To Pray." The heart of fasting, among other spiritual disciplines, is to step into an expression of love and worship towards God that is different than what is considered normal.
