We happen to be recording this interview during a time of economic uncertainty and turbulence…

The direction of interest rates… inflation… potential war… operating in a post-covid world, etc. are all topics that have many investors concerned (and oftentimes confused!).

That’s why it’s so refreshing to run across a market insider who doesn’t sugar-coat things… and actually tells it like it is. Not worse or better than it is (like many in sales are conditioned to do), but how things truly are.

In this ‘state of the lending market’ discussion, 20-year veteran Edward Gray gives us his take on the current lending environment, the potential pitfalls, and also where you can still find some great pockets of opportunity.

Dive right in… there’s a ton of golden nuggets and wisdom here that will allow you to prosper – regardless of the economy!

Here’s a sample of what we chop up:

· Is it smart to “follow the Fed”?

· The most important metric that lenders are looking at in today’s market.

· The 4 D’s: This is where the great buying opportunities are in today’s shifting real estate market.

· Why interest rates are IRRELEVENT (Yes… irrelevant!).

· A peek into Edward’s “crystal ball”.

· The #1 thing to do get loans DONE during an uncertain economy.

· Much, much more!
