Matthew Guerra is not your typical real estate agent…
It really wasn’t his dream career, nor did he become one so he could make big fat commissions (although he often does!). Instead, he got his real estate license because he wanted to level up his skills… and learn the game of apartment investing.
His focus on skill-building, and a willingness to do things that many others tend to shy away from, has certainly been a major key to his success!
As a result, he’s proficient at acquisitions and closing the deal, underwriting & analysis, raising capital, and putting together a syndication (aka Group Investment).
All are major skills that pay the bills (and he’s really just getting started!).

Matthew began in the real estate industry in 2013 and quickly became immersed, sourcing multiple investment opportunities and growing a strong track record before entering the commercial real estate sector in 2016. He’s personally sold nearly $50Million of income producing real estate, and has helped many clients in re-positioning multifamily assets for wealth generation and maximizing retirement income.
He earned the Rookie of the Year award with GIG in 2016, and quickly became recognized as a top producing agent. He founded Principle Quality Investments in 2021, which specializes in procuring off-market, value-add properties for its partners and investors.
