Isaac welcomes Dr. David Quenzer, a physical therapist with a unique approach to treating chronic pain, onto the Bright Brains podcast. David Quenzer discussed the limitations of traditional physical therapy and the benefits of a more personalized, solution-based approach to treating chronic pain. David shared his own experience with chronic pain and how he overcame it through a holistic, neuroscience-informed approach, including manual therapy and a focus on individualized movement. They also discussed the potential of functional manual therapy, a next-generation approach that incorporates neuroscience to tackle chronic pain, and the importance of investing in the body's well-being.
