Welcome back to Brunch with Desb! I’m so excited to be back for the first episode of 2024 where I’ll be sharing some updates about my first trimester of being pregnant. From morning sickness to my exercise routine and the things I’m doing differently this time around, I’ll let you in on how the first 14 weeks of my third pregnancy have been going. Besides this, I’ll also be answering some of your pregnancy and non-pregnancy related questions including my thoughts on people who don’t want to be parents and how I’ve honed and crafted my “bad b*tch” energy. Ask and you shall receive my fellow brunchers!

Being that we are now a week into the new year, we are also going to chat about my alternative to resolutions, bringing new energy into 2024, and how important it is to meet yourself where you’re at right now. Remember, there are going to be years where you are in the same spot as the year prior, if not a worse one and that is okay. What’s important is honoring yourself and making sure you are leading your own life rather than allowing some unrealistic expectation to dictate your energy and mindset.
