In this episode, I had the pleasure of speaking with Caroline Brunne, a remarkable trauma survivor and life coach.
Caroline shared her journey of being in business for over 12 years, highlighting the challenges and bravery it takes to be an entrepreneur.
We discussed her recent transition into trauma coaching and the addition of breathwork to her services.
