Today, we're joined by Chris Grier. Chris is a Real Estate Appraiser at Calvert Home Mortgage Investment Corporation from Calgary, Alberta, who has been appraising homes in Calgary since 2014.
Chris is here to discuss how an appraiser's evaluation can be different than a Realtors, low ROI renovations, homes that are difficult to appraise, and features that can negatively impact the value of a home.
