It's finally here! Sav and Sar have been building up to the first ever Call Me Thursday quarterly book club conversation for months and, on this week's episode, the gals are detailing their thoughts on Beth Moore's memoir titled All My Knotted-Up Life. The gals give their book rating, read specific quotes that stood out to them, and talk through the author's decision to leave the Southern Baptist Convention (hint: it's basically the equivalent of Nick Saban leaving the SEC). If you haven't read the book yet, no worries! You'll still enjoy this conversation on courage.

ABOUT CALL ME THURSDAY:

In 2019, after becoming permanently long-distance best friends, we committed to weekly calls every Thursday. It’s been four years of hours on the phone bent over in tears from both laughter and sorrow, joy and grief, celebrating and ranting. Conversations over the tensions of being citizens of heaven and doing life in the world and figuring out how to build lives that are meaningful, sacred, and marked by both depth and joy in their fullest nature. After the first several months of laughing at our own jokes, we thought, “Man, we would make a great podcast.” And four years later, friends, we invite you in. Come think with us. Process with us what it means to be women in our 20s, in this strange place between Millennials and Gen Z. Chasing dreams, asking questions, and saying the things that most of us are secretly thinking. We’ll talk to you Thursday.
