Spring in Business

Hi everyone, Carl Gould here with your #70secondCEO. Just a little over a one minute investment every day for a lifetime of results. So spring, the last spring, was 1946 to 1964, okay? Who was born during that time? Don't raise your hand; I'm not looking to out anybody. What demographic was born during that time? Baby boomers, not the baby boomers, a baby boomer. Every 80 years, there is a baby boomer generation for the last 500 years, always following a world conflict. Just go back, 80, 80 before,, and you'll see it, there's a baby boomer generation.

That's a time to buy low. Everybody's got money around that time, optimism is very high, right? Everyone seems to have a job, and you can have a single-provider household, but you don't need an income household during spring, right? Everybody's got a job, everyone could buy a house, and everyone can have a car- that sort of thing, right? So that's the time to buy low. Then we hit 1965. 1965 to 1985, who was born during that time? I was, Gen Xers, right? Like and follow this podcast so you can learn more. My name is Carl Gould and this has been your #70secondCEO.
