Recently there was an occurrence in which i experienced a bit of a 'shake up'. As much as there were short term lingering effects from this occurrence; the overriding experience was one of deep gratitude for being surrounded by and supported by incredibly heart led, authentic and genuine individuals.
The power of being in an energy of gratitude, practicing self-compassion, and being okay to accept help were further deepened.
I chose this lens; to be of greatest service to me and those around me... remembering this choice is to remember to reclaim your personal power.
