Mike Leach might be the most influential Coach in the last 25 years and is banned from appearing on the ballot. Both because of one stupid rule. We talk about the Rule, the exceptions, the process, and most importantly the eye test to determine whether these coaches should be on the ballot, in the Hall, or just left to be forgotten. In the End we have one simple solution to fix the problem for everyone.
