In this episode, Brandon and Tom are re-joined by Jeff Mudrick. Jeff is a Mortgage Agent from Newmarket, Ontario, who's built his business to over $100M in volume over the past 3 years. Jeff has been able to scale quickly by keeping things simple and successfully diversifying his referral partners.

Jeff is here to discuss:
→ The lead generating activities he did to build his Realtor partners when he was starting out, how he has pivoted to Financial Advisors and Lawyers as referral partners, and the differences in working with each of them.
→ His 8 week drip email campaign, putting "asks" in emails, and what emails he finds get the most opens and engagement with Realtors.
→ How he's making more money working less hours (20-25 a week), and what he plans to do next to buy back more of his time.
