In this Good Friday sermon we examine the story of the Crucifixion of Jesus and how John's version of the story has led to problematic interpretations of the events by Christians over the years. As Christian Universalists, how can we understand Christ's crucifixion as an event that proved God's victory over sin and death instead of a sacrifice to an angry God?
