Diogo Valadas Ponte, was born in Barcelos, Portugal. He is a Clinical Psychologist since 2007. Neuropsychologist since 2011. Has a Master’s Degree of Consciousness and Transpersonal Psychology from Liverpool’s John Moore University in 2009 and is completing a Master’s Degree in Organizational Management.
His professional core is to manage the Portuguese National Stroke Association, where he is the General Director but his academic and personal daemon is in Religion and Spirituality.
With profound devotion to Jungian studies and on the history of the religious ideas, he has worked with Lothar Shafer, a quantum chemist and Distinguished Professor of Chemistry at the University of Arkansas since 2005, publishing several papers including “Quantum reality and ethos: A thought experiment regarding the foundation of ethics in cosmic order” in Zygon - Journal of Religion and Science, and “Carl Gustav Jung, Quantum Physics and the Spiritual Mind: A Mystical Vision of the Twenty-First Century”, in Journal of Behavioral Sciences.
