Jay Peltier took over Dale Carnegie in 2018, with extensive knowledge in the fields of leadership and motivating individuals. He was trying to find his purpose early in his career, going from coaching, to real estate, to now finding his purpose at Dale Carnegie. We were excited to speak with Jay knowing us, and many college students are going through what Jay has gone through, finding his purpose.
In this podcast, we discuss his past experiences including past jobs, Dale Carnegie's purpose, and their target market, including marketing tools, and how to communicate effectively, especially when adversity strikes. Yet, the most intriguing topic was hearing his take on leadership and what it takes to be a strong leader. He gave valuable information that is important to have a successful career.
