Leon Walker is a man who was diagnosed with narcissistic personality disorder. He has dedicated his life to talking about his disorder in order to help others avoid being caught in a toxic relationship with a narcissist. He explains that narcissists are often very charming and manipulative, making promises they have no intention of keeping. They also have a deep need for attention and admiration, and often gaslight and ghost their partners. Leon himself has been in several long-term relationships with women, during which he was often emotionally distant and manipulative. He is now working on being more honest and open in his relationships and hopes to help other recognize and avoid getting caught in a narcissistic cycle.
