In this podcast, Lucy and David talk Gold success in the Resilience and Innovation category at the prestigious Bristol, Bath and Somerset Tourism Awards Ceremony on Thursday 17th February 2022.
We're all over the moon to win the gold, but our entry has also opened our eyes to the greater good of this type of awards process, helping complementary businesses understand how to deliver even better customer experiences, especially as we enter a challenging summer season.
We also hope that this podcast signals the beginning of the end of the pandemic. With all restrictions being lifted as we speak, for many listeners this will be the start of some form of normality.
