Lisa began her career as a CPA and self-proclaimed people pleaser but soon discovered her true gift: helping leaders transform into diamonds, empowering them to lead more inclusively and “creating equitable cultures of belonging where everyone can shine at their best.”

So, how did she pull off this epic career transformation? Not only did Lisa champion diversity, equity, inclusion, plus belonging before it was trending, but she also leaned on her deep faith to create programs that bring people together in meaningful ways.

Growing up as the only Asian girl in many rooms, Lisa knows what it’s like to feel like you don’t fit in. She’s used that experience to shape environments where people genuinely feel like they belong—whether they’re contributing to the discussion or shaping the direction.

Now, with her own company, Wishing Out Loud, Lisa is making leaders' dreams come true by teaching them how to lead with empathy. Her mantra: “Be bold, be brave, be kind, and keep wishing out loud.”
