Feeling the pressure of being an entrepreneur? Journaling might be the stress relief you’ve been looking for. As entrepreneurs, self-employed individuals, or business owners, we juggle countless tasks and wear so many hats—it can be exhausting.

In this video, I’ll walk you through a simple 3-step journaling technique to help you de-stress as an entrepreneur (or anyone for that matter).

Journaling provides a private space to reflect, release tension, and gain clarity. Just giving yourself 5 minutes a day to write down your thoughts can make a massive difference—think of it like putting down a heavy rucksack you’ve been carrying for too long.

🌟 **3-Step Journaling Technique:**

1. **Brain Dump:** Write down everything that’s stressing you out—don’t hold back.

2. **Rate Each Stressor:** On a scale of 1 to 10, how much is each one affecting you?

3. **Take Action:** For your top stressors, choose one small action you can take in the next 24 hours.

Taking action brings clarity, and clarity helps cut through fear and overwhelm.

**Plus, I’ll share 5 additional journaling techniques for stress relief:**

1. **Brain Dump**

2. **Emotional Release**

3. **Gratitude Journaling**

4. **Stress Journal**

5. **Bullet Journal for Organization**

Whether you're feeling overwhelmed by work or life in general, these techniques can help lighten the load and prevent burnout.

You don’t have to journal every day for it to be effective—even just a few minutes a week can help you process emotions and regain control.
