This is the second and final episode of the citymoves dance live festival podcasts. I was lucky enough to have a nice conversation with Glasgow based performer Jian Yi. We discussed their early inspirations, the thought processes involved in their practice and their performance for the festival called Weathervanes. It was great to catch up with Jian for these series of podcasts. He'll be performing later today at the Anatomy Rooms. So be sure to check out the link in the bio for all Dance Live Festival events. Also thanks to the City Moves team and Creative Scotland for making these conversations possible. And be sure to check out Jian work on the links attached below https://vimeo.com/611543804 https://www.dance4.co.uk/artists/jian-yi-uk/ https://www.tramway.org/event/a69faa1f-bebd-4245-aa71-ad97009069a7 https://www.citymoves.org.uk/dancelive Creative Me Podcast is a independent run project that champions North East artists and creatives.
