Sandy Cutrone is an Award-winning Mortgage Loan Specialist who has been in the mortgage business for over 30 years holding a variety of positions in both Operations and Sales. She has extensive knowledge in both Conforming and Non-conforming loans as well as FHA, VA, USDA and Construction. Sandy is a member of the El Paso County Bar Association, The Colorado Womens Chamber of Commerce, and holds several Certifications, including CDLP (certified Divorce Lending Professional) Construction and Renovation loans, as well as Reverse Mortgage financing, . Her broad knowledge and experience lend the perfect blend of skills when working with her Borrowers. Sandy believes the most important aspect of her job is communication. You can count on the fact that she will keep you informed and updated through every step of the mortgage transaction. Sandy generates more than just business, she generates results. She not only strives to do the best for her clients but also goes the extra mile to make sure every borrower is completely satisfied.
Sandy will be speaking at The Transitions Forum in Colorado Springs in April, Educating people on estate planning through real estate, how to prepare for Life changing moments such as divorce, retirement and the loss of a spouse. After losing her spouse in 2016 Sandy has made it her mission to educate people on how to prepare for life changing events that will affect all of us at some point in our lives.
