The beauty of a place is evidenced by the desire it creates in the hearts of those who see it would long to see it again.
“Hallowed by your name (Matthew 6:9),” is the first petition in the prayer that Jesus taught the disciples. The name of God, which refers to His perfections, would inevitably cause those who have come to know it to long to see it exalted. Their hearts are burdened by how the name of God have been disrespected that they would appeal to His Sovereignty, in prayer, to exalt His own name.
