Shahad Buttar ran against Nancy Pelosi in 2020 and is exploring a 2022 run. A constitutional attorney, hip hop artist, immigrant and social activist, Shahid is a progressive and potential member of "The Squad" who joins DOA to discuss the history of US immigration policy, and the historical xenophobia, European bias and backlash caused by this phenomenon.
