Allison Peterson

Allison Peterson is the founder of the #NewtoCoaching Community where new Instructional Coaches can learn, connect, and be encouraged as they transition from the classroom to coaching. In addition to training and supporting new coaches, Allison consults with independent schools to help design and start their instructional coaching programs. She’s starting her 9th year out of the classroom as a coach. She is currently launching a new coaching program as a K-8 Instructional Coach at a school in North Georgia.


Diane Manser

Diane Manser is entering her 19th year teaching high school English in a suburban district of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Diane has just published a book about the emotional challenges of teaching called I Didn't Sign Up For This: One Classroom Teacher's Journey Through Emotional Fatigue to Personal Empowerment. Diane's mission is to expand educational conversation to include the emotional impacts of teaching, so all people understand the profession more holistically and so teachers' emotional strength is a priority. With nearly 20 years of classroom experience, Diane empowers teachers within their classrooms so they continue thriving in the profession they want to love.
