DJ Noël - Latest Mix Sessions

Here I am posting a summer mix in October - *blush*. Hopefully it’s worth the wait, and at just over two hours long, I’m trying my best to make up for it.
The usual Update formula is followed here. We start with some deeper vocal cuts, move though some bump and jack Chicago-style grooves and then hit the main room for big electro and tech anthems. And it’s all pretty commercial too - lots of remixes, rerubs and bootlegs.
Highlights for me include Matt Shrewd’s Grime Time, which first caught my ear on Unknown FM. Inland Knights make light work of Eric B’s classic rap in Where Ya At, and check out the re-workings of classics like Man With The Red face, Rich In Paradise and Born Slippy. This session also features one of my own edits of Jovonn’s mix of Mary J’s Just Fine, and we wind up with a recently rediscovered Guilty Pleasure: the euphoric 80s sequenced sythns in TFF’s Change remix.
