Filling Your Own Cup with Jen Bee

Jen is a highly engaging results-driven, motivational speaker and life coach, on a quest to help individuals (and organizations) create 1% wins in their wellness through her 5-pillar wellness framework. As a former HR professional for 14 years, she is now on a quest to turn her mess into her message, empowering others and reinforcing self-care and self-worth practices.
