Former BU Terrier, and current Chicago Blackhawks and Rockford Ice Hogs Goaltender Drew Commesso joins Drop the Mitts! Drew talks about his adjustment from playing at Boston University to now being the starting goalie for the Rockford Ice Hogs the AHL affiliate of the Chicago Blackhawks. Drew talks about getting to train in the off-season with guys like Charlie Coyle, Charlie McAvoy and Jeremy Swayman at Boston University. His former team Boston University punched their ticket to the Frozen Four in Saint Paul, Minnesota and what it was like playing with guys like Lane Hutson, Case McCarthy, Cade Webber, Ty Gallagher and many other more! He also talks about what it was like being able to play for Coach Jay Pandolfo and his relationship with him. Drew also talked to Chris about some of the absolutely LOADED US National Development Program teams as well as playing for some phenomenal World Junior teams.
