They discover a spiral staircase leading to the basement and start exploring the labyrinthine tunnels.
After scouting silently, the empty crypts of the Durst family are found and the remains put to rest. As they continued exploring the corridors, a faint chanting filled the silence. The heroes followed it, only to be ambushed by ghouls.
