Initially creating WunderNuggets, a variety of vegetarian and blended protein nuggets, she shifted focus in 2020 after learning about the environmental and ethical issues in poultry farming. This led to the company becoming 100% plant-based, launching WunderBites, and ultimately, in 2022, creating WunderEggs—a plant-based egg alternative. WunderEggs, which won the "Best New Meat Alternative 2022" award, launched at Whole Foods in January 2023 and continues to expand nationwide, aligning with Reddy’s mission to nourish both bodies and the planet without compromise.
