In this week’s episode, we look at several deductions from your wages, which your employer should not use, when calculating a week’s pay for you – especially if you are paid at National Minimum Wage or Living Wage levels. It is important to know when you are being paid an actual week’s pay at legal statutory national minimum wage or living wage levels and when certain payments are used to offset your wages.
