Do people will have to wait for the deposit sweep finalized before picking up the validator index? Is there a queue system on the EL side? Will the deposit on the EL side go on the SSZ container? What was the rationale to drop the queue and we have a queueless design? Will there be any effect on users' transactions at the time of transition? Will we need EIP-4881 after 6110 is deployed?
