Mike has served his community in various roles, including as a volunteer fireman, fire commissioner for Star, precinct committeeman, and member of the Far West Spearmint Board.

As a prominent figure in Idaho politics, Mike has served four years as House Majority Leader and is currently in his eighth term as Majority Leader, representing District 10A in the Idaho House of Representatives. This episode delves into his inspiring journey, his views on leadership, and the values that drive him.
