In this episode, I am talking to Kitty Blomfield, the co-founder of NuStrength and the Winatlife program. Kitty has struggled with weight issues and in pursuit of a skinnier body, she ended up going through some terrible experiences. We learn more about that during the episode. Now, Kitty's mission is to free women from restrictive diets, help them restore their metabolisms, balance their hormones and build bodies they love. Kitty is all about getting the results while eating more, and training less.
