I was privileged to engage in a stimulating and thought-provoking conversation with Kimberly Williams on the Expert Views on ADR (EVA) Vid/Podcast Show. Specifically, we analysed the effectiveness of Appropriate / Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) in addressing bullying, discrimination, and harassment in the workplace and the laws /employers’ legal obligations to prevent and address such behaviours while examining the encouragement of reporting such incidents through ADR.
