m.E. aka Mr. Burns aka Earl Hazard is a rapper, singer, photographer and entrepreneur based in Tulsa. Originally from Tallulah, LA, Burns is known as one of the Town’s top emcees and one of Tulsa hip-hop’s original pioneers.
