About Bob Caldwell Jr.: Bob Caldwell, Jr. is President of Grace Management Group, a family owned business founded in 1975. Grace Management Group operates a portfolio of brands and vertically integrated businesses within the fragrance and home décor industries, including Greenleaf, Votivo, Bridgewater Candle Company, The WillowBrook Company, BMC Manufacturing, Notes Candles, Aroma Creations, and Audrey’s. The company operates in Spartanburg, South Carolina; Lebanon, Pennsylvania; and an Asia sourcing office in mainland China.
Bob is a graduate of Wheaton College. He currently serves on the boards of the Greenleaf Foundation and Grace Cares Foundation. He is actively involved in international orphan care, adoption, and foster care efforts; anti-human trafficking efforts; and fostering a redemptive entrepreneurial perspective.
Bob and his wife, Sarah, have six children, and one grandchild. They live in Spartanburg, South Carolina.
